Our Team
Founded by a national service manager, WPS is a locally, family owned and operated document management solutions provider with an emphasis on service. Vince and Ann Dellaposta started WPS in 1973, originally focusing on the Savin line of word processors; hence the company name Word Processing Services. Vince and Ann knew that any company could sell a product but the service provided after the sale was the true mark of a company. That philosophy and attention to customer satisfaction has allowed WPS to become the largest independent office equipment dealer in our four state servicing area. Today with headquarters in Hagerstown, Maryland and offices in Camp Hill and Altoona Pennsylvania, WPS is uniquely positioned to provide service that is regional in scope while staying exceptionally responsive at the local level.
Today, WPS is managed by the second generation of the Dellaposta family. Joe, Debra, and Beth Dellaposta work closely together to continue the success, growth, and customer commitment that WPS was built on. Over the past 15 years, WPS has grown by more than 400% in gross revenue and has been recognized by independent industry analysts, local organizations, and their manufacturer for their dedication and pursuit of excellence.
